Obtaining Replacement Parts
Contact our customer service department for help identifying or ordering replacement parts. Many parts are now available for purchase through the online store. Parts ship from the Hytrol factory Jonesboro, AR. Hytrol's recommended spare parts can ship in 24-48 hours. These parts are shaded in gray in the installation and maintenance manuals. Lead time for other parts is about 2 weeks, some parts could be longer.

Helpful Tips For Ordering Parts
Providing a factory order (FO) number or serial number to customer service will help insure the correct part is shipped. Each power conveyor shipped from Hytrol is labeled with a serial number, and a FO number. Gravity conveyors only have a FO number. The label is usually located on the conveyor channel, near the drive or midpoint of the length. In the absence of these numbers, customer service will need to know the model, overall length, and the overall width of the conveyor. Other information might be required depending on the needed part.
Parts Replaced Under Warranty
If a conveyor fails while under warranty, replacement parts will be shipped to repair the conveyor. After the replacement parts are shipped from Hytrol, HCM will issue a return authorization tag for inspection and credit. The defective parts should be shipped to Hytrol at the address below when the return authorization is received.
